I recently worked with Katie Fisher to plan our trip to Disney World and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process and how fabulous our vacation turned out! From the beginning Katie made herself accessible and available for questions and was always quick to respond even when we were on our trip! She went out of her way to provide me with different quotes and packages so that I could compare cost and find the perfect fit for my family and our budget. She was able to answer questions, and give great advice and if there was a question she couldn’t answer she always took the time to look into it and get back to me. As far as knowing the ins and outs of Disney and all the insider tips she was a wealth of knowledge. She knew exactly what to recommend and shared what she considered the must-do’s according to my kid’s ages and interests. She really went out of her way to customize our trip so that we were able to see and do everything that we wanted to do as a family! I can’t say enough things about how wonderful Katie was to work with, she made the whole process from start to finish stress-free and I look forward to planning our next family vacation with her help and would recommend her to anyone.
I reached out to Katie when I was trying to plan my family’s first trip to Disney and I am so glad that I did! This past August, Katie planned my honeymoon to Disney. She was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Having never been there before, I had tons questions before we left, and she knew all the answers, and was available and eager to connect, each time I had reached out to her. She checked in on us too several times during the process as well, to confirm on key dates and deadlines.
I can’t say enough about her organizational and communication skills – but even beyond that, was her enthusiasm for all things Disney. It was infectious, and got us so excited anticipating the trip.
While we were there in Orlando, our plans went off without a hitch, we had an itinerary she had created for the start of each day that was super helpful – it included our fast pass ride times, and tips, comments, Park hours and extra magic hours – we carried this with us everywhere.
It was a memorable and enjoyable family vacation, and I don’t know if we would have had as much fun – and felt as stress-free - had it not been for Katie’s help.
Last year, my husband and I were toying with the idea of going to Disneyland. We usually travel to Walt Disney World in Florida, but we have always wanted to branch out and see the other Disney parks. I was very overwhelmed when it came to the planning aspect as neither my husband or I have ever been to the West coast. I reached out to Katie right away because I knew she would help make the planning process go as smoothly as possible!
The next day, Katie got in contact with me and sent me quotes for a bunch of different hotels, both on property as well as neighboring hotels. She went over the ratings, amenities, and the distance to the parks! We ended up staying at the Tropicana Inn and Suites which was directly across the street from the entrance to Disneyland! It took us less than a minute to walk from our hotel to the parks! This hotel is also affiliated with Disney! So upon check in, we received a voucher for a Lanyard and a pin from the parks as well as 2 Disneyland luggage tags!
Our travel day was great as well! Aside from a few delays, we made it stress free! We had the option to take a Disney shuttle that drops you off at a bus stop outside of your hotel for a small fee. Unfortunately, the last shuttle leaves the airport at 8:00pm, and we arrived at 8:30pm. Katie wasted no time making sure that we still had transportation. She arranged for a shuttle service to pick us up outside of LAX. The ride to the hotel was very quick! We arrived in about 30 minutes!
Katie also went over everything Disneyland had to offer including park tickets, dining reservations, tours, fastpass, maxpass, and dinner packages! We decided to get a 3 day park hopper pass to maximize our time at the parks! We also bought the maxpass every day. This costs $15 per person per day and allowed us to get free downloads of all of our photopass photos and make our fastpasses via the Disneyland app on our phones. Katie also made a reservation for us to have preferred seating for Fantasmic at Disneyland park which included dinner at the Hungry Bear restaurant. I am so happy she recommended this because the view of Fantasmic was incredible!
This was one of the most magical vacations I have ever been on! For this being the first Disneyland vacation that Katie has ever booked, she definitely knocked it out of the park! She made herself available the entire time we were there just in case we had any questions or concerns. I will never book a vacation with anybody other than Katie!
To say that planning a family trip to Disney World is overwhelming, is an understatement . Being a “Newbie” to the whole Disney experience, I didn’t know where to even begin. A friend recommended that I give Katie Fisher a call for some advice. Well, that was one of the best decisions I have made!
I explained to Katie what my family’s needs were and what we were hoping to do while visiting Disney World. We got together a few times before our trip to discuss fast passes, magic bands hotel accommodations, etc.. Katie walked me through everything, right down to which park to visit on certain days because there were extra hours for guests staying on Disney property. Katie text me when we arrived for our vacation to reassure me that she was available if I had any questions or needed her help with anything.
We had an amazing and unforgettable trip because of Katie. Her knowledge of Disney is abundant and her love for Disney is contagious!!!
